Returns & refunds
Because our products are custom and made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing. We'll always make it right if your item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match your approved proof — contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier, then contact us within 48 hours so we can help.
