Because everything is made to order, your timeline has two parts: production and transit. Most orders are produced within 5–10 business days (after proof approval for custom designs), then ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with 2–5 business days in transit.
You'll get an email with a tracking number the moment your order ships, and you can check live status any time on the order tracker.
Need it sooner? Choose rush production at checkout and your order jumps to the front of the queue.
Returns & Refunds
Custom and personalized items are made just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong sizes ordered, or design choices after proof approval.
We will always make it right if:
- Your order arrives damaged or defective
- The item you received doesn't match your approved proof
- You received the wrong item, size, or quantity
In any of those cases, contact us within 14 days of deliverywith your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method (typically processed within 3–5 business days of approval).

Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first — packages are often marked delivered a day early. If it still hasn't turned up after 48 hours, reach outand we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
