If your order hasn't entered production yet, usually yes. Contact usas soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best. Once a custom item is in production we can't cancel it.

Yes! Many products have quantity pricing tiers shown on the product page, and bulk or team orders can be quoted directly — request a quote for the best pricing.

For custom work, we email you a digital mockup of your design before anything is printed or stitched. Production only starts after you approve it, so you always know exactly what you're getting.

Most orders ship within 5–10 business days after proof approval, depending on quantity and complexity. In a hurry? Rush production is available for a $15 fee at checkout.

A gang sheet is a single DTF (direct-to-film) transfer sheet packed with multiple designs, which you press onto garments yourself. Our Gang Sheet Builder lets you upload artwork, arrange it on the sheet, and order in minutes.

High-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds work best (300 DPI at print size). Avoid low-resolution images pulled from the web — they print blurry.

Because most of our products are custom-made, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse — but if anything arrives damaged, defective, or different from your approved proof, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. See Shipping & Returns.

Turn garments inside out, machine wash cold on gentle, and hang dry or tumble dry low. Avoid bleach, fabric softener, and ironing directly over prints or embroidery.

Press at 300°F (150°C) for 10–15 seconds with firm pressure, peel cold, then re-press for 5 seconds with a parchment cover sheet for the best wash durability.
