How long does production take?
Most custom orders are made to order and ship within 5–7 business days after your proof is approved. Larger orders may take a little longer — we'll always let you know up front.
Will I see a proof before you make it?
Yes. For custom and personalized items we send a digital proof for your approval before anything is produced, so you know exactly what you're getting.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out as soon as possible. Once a custom item is in production we usually can't change or cancel it, since it's made just for you.
Do you offer returns?
Custom and personalized items can't be returned for buyer's remorse or sizing, but we'll always fix anything damaged, defective, or that doesn't match your approved proof. See our Return Policy for details.
How should I care for my apparel?
Turn garments inside out and wash cold, then hang or tumble dry low. Avoid ironing directly over any design.
