At Land & Kate Designs, every order is made just for you. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.

Processing Time

All of our products are made-to-order. Standard production time is:

• 5–10 business days from order confirmation and payment

• Larger orders may require additional time

• Rush orders may be available upon request (additional fees apply)

Please note: Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time.

Shipping Options

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the best option for your location and package size.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: Available at additional cost

• Local Pickup: Available for customers in our area (we’ll contact you when your order is ready)

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

• Carrier issues (weather, holidays, or service disruptions)

• Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received

If your package appears lost or delayed, please first contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
